Felice Dizon was born in Binghampton, New York and raised in Miami, Florida. Majoring in history, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University Columbus of Law, and, as a law student, was a member of the Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Courts. She also participated in an internship with the Montgomery County State Attorney’s Office in Maryland. She is a former Assistant State Attorney for Broward County, Florida, where she prosecuted misdemeanor, traffic and felony offenses.
